Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at adamvsnutrition@gmail.com within 30 days to request a 100% refund of the product purchase price (excluding any shipping and handling charges). Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 720653, Pinon Hills, CA 92372

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a RMA (Return Mailing Authorization) number and shipping instructions to return any unopened product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will process your credit to the original method of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund to anyone reasonably suspected by Adamas Nutrition to have previously taken advantage of Adamas Nutrition satisfaction guarantee on more than one occasion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours after delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage inquiries after 48 hours may not be eligible for a reissue of product.

Exchanges
Adamas Nutrition does not accept any form of exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at adamvsnutrition@gmail.com.

Discount/Coupon Codes

We do not price adjust your order purchases if you forget to add/use your discount or coupon codes. If your discount or coupon code does not work during the check-out process, please email us at  adamvsnutrition@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
